Seeds of Birth

Motherhood is a doorway down the rabbit hole
It is the portal of entry into the womb wisdom of women.
It is an initiation to a sacred awakening of spirit within you.
For me, motherhood was the rabbit hole into a greater understanding of myself, the Earth Realm, and the Divine.
Walking the path of the Mother, led by instinct and curiosity, will also welcome your soul to emerge and embrace an embodied living that's in tune with nature and the wisdom of all creation.
This is your mirror.
It is a catalyst into the Wild Mother.
The Wild Mother is not a rebellion from the modern, but a return to the sacred.
An embrace of the wild feminine nature that honors the urge to create and nourish.
My journey into motherhood has been such a profound awakening of my inner sanctum and the truth of WHY my actions and feelings have been what they were in my life.
To become a mother isn't just about raising children.
It is a reconnection to your most authentic essence.
If you are willing to let go of all the bullshit you have been carrying and presenting to the world, then you will meet your soul.
Becoming a mother saved me.
I got sober
I followed my instincts
I trusted my intuition
I followed my children's lead
and I got real honest with myself
Tuning into the authentic essence of my being and seeing the contrast between that and the masks I was wearing in the world.
My first pregnancy was a difficult hospital birth with a
pre-eclampsia diagnosis that lasted 3 days.
I had a vaginal birth, but it was FAR from the holistic and embodied birth I desired, so I committed to make big changes for my next pregnancy.
I transformed my diet and did a detox, went fruit based, included herbals in my daily life and shifted my lifestyle to meet with nature and separate from the chemicals of the modern world.
This was a purification for birth and motherhood that began an evolution of consciousness and soul that hasn't stopped since.
I have grounded into my body and illuminated my soul so that I feel confident and embodied in the knowledge I carry and in the choices I make each day.

It has brought me closer to my children as I have trusted the bond we built and stepped away from the corruption of Allopathic and government control.

My studies in holistic health, nutrition, raw food, detoxification, herbalism and yoga and bodywork has culminated in this time and place to be able to offer guidance for the next generation of mothers behind me.

From maiden to mother to crone
We evolve though the stages of womanhood and carry the torch for the next era to follow our path.

About Jessica
First and foremost, Jessica is a mother to her 3 boys, who were the catalyst she needed to get into the natural healing world and explore the power of herbal and holistic medicine and the capacity for our bodies to heal themselves when the right environment is created.

Jessica went to college at UW-Stout for Retail management and fashion design. She started working in a couple big box stores as an assistant manager until she decided to change careers.

She then shifted into personal training where she got her certifications and training through Lifetime Fitness and NASM. She also got certified as a Yoga Instructor through NASM and Yoga Renew Teacher Training.

After having her first son is when things changed for Jessica in the way she loved her life. She had a difficult first pregnancy, being diagnosed with pre-eclampsia and being induced at 37 weeks. She knew that this wasn't how birth was designed to be and wanted to make big changes, to heal herself, and have a homebirth.

This is when she found Dr Morse and his teachings about Naturopathic Medicine and Regenerative Detoxification, and it changed her life. She completed a 3 month detox protocol on all fruits and herbs and noticed big changes in her body already including:

- cleared sinus congestion
- no headaches
- an ease of weight moderation
- less skin issues
- better digestion and bowel elimination
- regulated blood pressure
Just to name a few.

Seeing this kind of change just after a few months led her to choose to become a fruit based vegan and that choice also changed her life forever. She studied as an Detox Specialist in the International School of Detoxification under Dr Morse and immersed herself in studies of raw food, natural healing and herbalism. She got certified as a raw food and naturopathic nutritionist and added to her Yoga training with a program of Yin.
During this time of study and motherhood she had two more children, at home, the way she planned and dreamed of. She then attended Radical Birth School under the Freebirth Society and became a master herbalist.

In 2021, she got divorced, and that put a pause on her business to focus on her home and building stability for her children and herself on her own. The next several years were dedicated to her own self healing and shadow work which brought movement and music and soul back into the forefront of her consciousness. She began foraging for herbal medicines and intuitively connecting with plants and nature as a healing therapy.

To deepen her herbal and ayurvedic studies, she attended the School of Evolutionary Herbalism and studied Elemental Herbalism, and added in courses on Intuitive Herbalism with Asia Suler. She is currently studying as an Ayurvedic Practitioner with Yogamu.

While Jessica has studied a wide variety of herbal and holistic medicine of the years, she has credited much of her wisdom to self guided research, instinctual wisdom as women and healers, as well as the divine magic we are offered by the universe to anchor and explore as humans and mothers in particular. She knows that motherhood led her into a deeper understanding of herself as well as the healing world around her and continues to discover new techniques and knowledge of the alchemical and natural world.
