This session is designed for any woman who wants to share her birth story, and may feel there is unresolved trauma or pain that is lingering. We all experience discomfort and a wide spectrum of emotions in pregnancy and birth, but often we aren't given the space to really share how we feel in a genuine way because the external opinions can feel like it clouds reality. Preparing for a sovereign birth means addressing what's happened in previous births. It means we excavate any unresolved shadows that may be hiding beneath the surface.
